Terms of Service - READ

Prior to commissioning me as a rigger, you agree to the following:
1. All terms and conditions outlined on this page.
2. Communicate effectively with me to create the most ideal rig for you, the client.
3. Are above the age of 18 or have a legal guardian agree to these terms and conditions.
4. Have the funds available by the time I've reached you in the queue.
5. Prices are subject to change without notice. The only exception for this is finalized quotes.
6. Do NOT file for any charge backs and/or disputes without first contacting and discussing with me.
7. There is a zero tolerance policy for any toxicity. Verbal abuse or harassment will result in termination of the commission.

General

✧ I reserve the right to decline any commission.
✧ Commissions will not be considered prior to finished, ready-to-rig Model Art (.psd) being provided. I will never reveal that .psd file or use it in any other way or form asides from what I may be commissioned for.
✧ Clients must have full ownership and/or permission to use the Model Art provided.
✧ Model Art created using AI-generated art will not be considered.
✧ If a commission has a deadline let me know before placing it.
✧ Please credit me on the tweets you use with this model or in your bio, about page (on Twitch) and YT description if you plan to use it there. If there is another location you prefer to credit people please contact me to let me know.
✧ Clients must fully disclose any planned dates for debuts of the rigged model, and deadlines cannot be hastened after the commission process has been started.
✧ Do not claim my work as your own.
✧ Do NOT resell any of the content I have made without prior permission.
✧ You are responsible for checking if your own systems are capable of handling the rig and model.

Payment

✧ All payments are done using PayPal invoice and the currency is USD.
✧ The total cost must be confirmed and agreed upon before proceeding with an invoice.
✧ At least 50% is required in order to start the commission.
✧ The remaining cost of the agreed upon price will need to be paid before receiving any files. The client may request a video of the completed file to ensure work is completed.

Refunds & Chargeback

✧ Once the work has been started, there are no refunds.
✧ You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
✧ Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts. I will also share this information with peers.

Paypal Disclaimer

✧ Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
✧ Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.

Workflow

✧ Commissions are not necessarily first-come-first-serve.
✧ Commission Application taken via Google Forms; in the week following each application, I will be contacting to confirm whether accepted or not.
✧ I will confirm the final quote with the client
✧ I'll begin to work once half or all of the invoice has been paid.
✧ Progress videos or pictures are sent to the client throughout the work period; adjustments are made according to any feedback (An extensive amount of revisions or revisions that result in redoing work already done may result in an additional charge).
✧ When the rig is complete, I will send a final video showing the model.
✧ The client may request up to 3 additional updates. The client will not receive the working file until it is complete and the invoice is paid in full.
✧ Once the model is complete, I will send a .zip file with the runtime model folder for Vtube Studio. The client will NOT receive the cmo3 working file.
✧ If there any small adjustments desired by the client after trying out the model, these points will be fixed and I will send a new version of the files. Major revisions will require an additional cost, which will be discussed by the client and myself.
✧ The commission will be considered as complete once the client has not replied within 1 week of delivery.
✧ If tracking settings need any adjustments, assistance will be provided to the client.
✧ If the client has revisions past the 1 week completion mark, there may be an additional cost.

Intellectual Property Rights

✧The client owns the right to their own Intellectual Property, however, I own the right to any rigging portion of the model.
✧All Live2D commissions have commercial rights for individuals included in the base price. For price information regarding commercial use for corporations, please contact.
✧My work is not to be used for or in association to NFTs or other crypto related uses.
✧I retain the right to use your model in any showcases after your debut.

Comunication

✧ All communication will be done through the client's preferred method of contact, stated on the Google Form. Please note: the client is encouraged to have their DM's open on both Discord and Twitter if they have submitted a request.
✧ Please understand that I may live in a different time zone. I may respond earlier/later than expected depending on the client's own time zone difference.

Prices

The prices listed below are base prices. I include 3 simple expressions if provided.
I have no tiers in my rigging, I do all my rigs with my full capacity of current skill, love, and effort. I am also always striving to do better and learn new techniques.
